Identity selling defective products. Low Quality.
I bought a lacy navy blue top last month for special occasions, finally wore it on Saturday for it only to tear.

What an embarrassment that was? What kind of quality do you guys apply to your products?

I'm totally disappointed and embarrassed and would like a refund or an exchange. Thank you.

Thank you for your post.
At Identity, our garments go through a series of quality assurance tests before being approved to be sent to our stores. We know that it might be the odd exception where a quality issue has slipped through unnoticed.
Our Returns Policy therefore allows a return or an exchange on merchandise that presents with a potential quality problem provided that the return is made within six months from the purchase date and all returns criteria are met.
Following our telephonic conversation, we wish to once again apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of this matter. We are pleased to confirm that you have subsequently returned the mentioned garment and that a credit was authorized based on this policy.
We wish to thank you for your patronage and feedback provided and look forward to seeing you in our stores again soon!
Yours sincerely,
Lynn
