Identity secuity gaurd from hell

on the 13/11/2018 I went to identity Alberton and purchased some few Items and when I was about to leave the store the security guard a lady approached me demanding a receipt aggressively and I was shocked and tried to engaged her regarding her attitude, she ended up insulting me, and the store manager was there she didn't even intervene. Afterwards I went to pick n pay to buy some stuff and out of know where the security lady from identity come to the till where I was paying for my stuff and pushed my stuff aside, I was so speechless I guess she was trying to intimidate me not sure if fidelity security and identity they teach their employees to treat their customers in this manner.
