Identity Sandton refused to accept my ID, MANAGER EXTREMELY RUDE

opened an account online, I went to the Sandton branch and I was advised because my ID had coke (cooldrink) stains they won't accept my ID. How ridiculous, the very same ID I've used for travel, etc it was accepted. Just to open an account, my ID number is clear picture Is clear. So I don't understand why it's an issue. The manager was so rude in the way she speaks her facial expression is on another level! Definitely not a people's person
