Hi, its almost 2 months now since I requested that you close my account, why are you refusing? This is a very simple and straightforward instruction. Please close my account immediately wena motho. I will collect my refund at Tembisa Mall later today. No drama asseblief. You refused with my order and now you dont want to cancel or close this thing? You must close so that I can go and open an account somewhere where I will be able to place orders without being profiled. I will be at the store this afternoon to collect my money.
