I am Mr Naicker.Pathetic service at Identity accounts and call center. I paid via eft on 2 Apr 2020 and 30 Apr 2020. I missed the 9 on my account number as reference but since 12 May contacted Identity about 20 times sent emails 7 times to different addresses went to the store 3 times to ensure they captured my payment. I kept telling them that they are negatively effecting my credit score.I have contacted the credit oumbadsman and yet we are here in August 2020 with my name at a collection agency. They have very *********** people working for them and I was also dealing with supervisors at the call center.

It amazing identity receipts my payments now after 3 months, and after trying to show them that the problem is on their side they have handed my account to a collection agency called VVM and also reported my account to the credit bureau. They are a bunch of *********** individuals we destroy peoples reputations and credit ratings. I never want to deal with this company ever again, I have a poor credit rating now because of *********** people.
