IDENTITY PAID OFF - NO SETTLEMENT LETTER RECEIVED / ****?
Paid up my identity account 0707/2021 - sent POP to *** nobody has sent me the settlement letter to date. Dealt with Terence Samba at Brooks Luyt sent me all 3 settlement offers and I paid. Now I cant get settlement letter for IDENTITY. why is that?
