Identity Online is the worst thing you can do.

I am really disappointed in Identity online. I placed an order Tuesday 4 July 2022. I then got an sms saying my order was out for delivery and should be expected on 8 July 2022. I called on 3 separate occasions and the consultants kept on telling me the order is out for delivery and should be expected between 8-5 that day. I still haven’t received my order and I would just like to elaborate on the fact that we think purchasing online is easier but then you have to call after these people who just lie to you every time you call. Their staff needs to be honest with their customers.
