Identity Low Quality Goods
I am one of the most loyal customers of this brand. I pay my account on time and have spent thousands within the last year, check my account. I have have a rough time with the other retailers due to their low quality stuff breaking all the time. I joined Identity because is seemed like they had higher quality goods as I was looking for good, strong belts and boots in particular. Their goods is much more expensive than other retailers suchas mr price and edgars and I figured that the belt and boot would last. To my dismay the boot i bought is such a low, ****py quality that it only held up for a few months, inspite of me hardly wearing it! Last week whilst I was at work I notice that my boot had broken in half entirely. THis was such as embarrasment, I had just bought my second pair and I think that it will break within a couplles of weeks too. As for the belt , it is **** leather and only lasted for 6 months. WHat a disgrace. I wonder what I can do?
