Identity is no good

When I started working identity was my first choice and my first account holder... I have not once skipped a payment since. With the start of the lock down my business was temporarily closed down as per instructions from our president. I skipped one month as there was no cash flow. I got msgz saying I will get a bad credit record every time. And I made the payment 2 weeks after I skipped. But still I got a missed payment showing from identity on my credit record. Very disappointing I will take my business elsewhere and hence forth never shopping in your store again. I will pay my account in full the weekend and close it. Baddest service ever
