Identity I want my money back 🤞

Hi it's been a long time paying identity account it seems like I'm donating for something I don't know I'm not a cherity payer money does not even come close to an end and what irritated me is that I reported when I lost my job and my account was insured but still added areas when I got a job I reported and made an arrangement but after they kept on detecting identity is a **** you pay more and more money it's been more than 2 to 3 years I don't even use that account but make me pay everytime I was paying R500 monthly now they say I must pay atleast R200 what am I paying for this is too much as I said I'm not a cherity case to donate Im sick and tired of them
