Identity Herm**** (Whale Coast Mall) 1381
I've recently lost my Store Card, received new one last week, but had to activate it In-store. Yesterday (Sunday 03 July 2022) I arrived at Identity (Store 1381) at Whale Coast Mall, Herm****, and it was closing time, but luckily the ladies (QHAMISA and SISIPHO) didn't hesitate to re-open the Store and when I explained to them my problem, they gladly helped me activating my card. They were just so, so friendly, efficient and not in the least impatient with me. THANK YOU VERY MUCH LADIES FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
