IDENTITY GIVING YOU A BAD CREDIT SCORE!!!! VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

Soooo unhappy with Identity's service I paid my account on the 28 of May and the payment still does not reflect. I spoke to a number of people at the stores and at Costumer service and say they will sort it out and they make a note to sort it out. that was on the beginning of June still things are not sorted out!!!. Mean time they are harassing me with phone calls everyday very rude telling me how my account is arrears. and they know nothing about the note and problem..

very disappointed in there service!!!! always been a loyal customer paying every month not missing 1 month and they treat you like this!!!!

now my credit score is getting affected because of them and also send me many SMS's EVERYDAY just to remind me and mean time its their fault!!!!!!!!!!!Also giving me a high amount off interests of something is their fault!!!!!

Identity messing up your credit score!!!!! you can call them how many times and not one can actually help you!!! after a month its still not sorted out!!!!!!
