Identity ********** Account
Finally, Trueworths has closed the ********** account that was opened in my name and promised to remove it from credit bureaus. Thanks to hellopeter.com, for giving us a platform to publicize these ******** activities.
However, I'm still facing problems with Identity store. I've sent their service department an email with my police stamped affidavit and a copy of my id document as I did with Truworths. However, they did not bother themselves to respond to my email.
I also followed up my email by calling their service department and they told me that my issue will be resolved by Truworth's investigators.
Now, Truworth's clearance letter mentions that they have only resolved the Truworths account issue, it does not say anything about the Identity account issue. I feel like these people are playing me around.
Therefore, I request a clearance letter from Identity, confirming that they have closed their ******* account and remove it from the credit bereaus.

We are however pleased to confirm that the investigation of this account has been concluded and successfully resolved. A clearance letter was sent to you on 22 January 2018, and a full ITC clearance done on the same day.
