Identity fashion assist with idetity theft

On monday ireceived a sms from Identity fashions, that they are waiting for my acount approval and later that day an email that my account is open. As i did not apply for am account a called them immedaitely to cancel. I enquired how someone opened an account on my name. they explained that it could've been done by myself, by accident when clciking an ad and without completeing anything. i said i need to speak to the ***** devision so that they can exolain this to me. i still haven't had any feedbavk
