Identity Failed to close account after submitting settlement letter
Identity lawyers posted my settlement letter and I then took it to Atlyn Identity requesting for my account to be closed. after few months I received a call from different lawyers stating that I owe Identity R360 and I need to pay the immediately. To date I'm still waiting for Identity to close account as it reflects bad on my name. I made a mistake by not making copies and I trusted the guy who assisted me at the store. Please also note that your Payment Profile held at the credit bureau is a true and accurate reflection of the manner in which you have conducted your account. This record will therefore remain on your payment profile for twenty four months from the date that the outstanding balance on your account was settled.
