Identity employee at kolonnade mall

Today at around 11:40 a.m I went to Identity store in Kolonnade mall to buy some few stuff. The service I received from one of the stuff member there was unprofessional and she could do better really. I wanted to ask her about the products and she just walked away while on call with someone else
