Identity clothing store is about your money ONLY they don't care about the service they give to customers

Identity clothing store is one hell of company to have an account with. Nothing is ever done properly from their admin side yet they will bombard you with messages even if the error is from them also they have rude managers especially the one in Pretoria at Pretorius Street. I bought clothing items on the 29th April 2021, on the 1st of May I returned some of the items. When I see my statement now my balance still reflects that I must pay for returned clothes. I call head office they tell me to call the store directly. I called the store the manager was of no help and she was very rude. They are rude to their customers even when the error is from their side. During lockdown I paid my account through eft which was in May, They harassed me with calls till end of July even after I went to the stores. No customer service. Treats their customers with no respect at all. I am calling to fix a mistake done by your employee and you tell me you can't help me?
