Identity Carlton Centre is a mess

On the 9th of September I bought a shirt at your Greenstone Mall store style no *** they didn't have stock so they requested Carlton Centre to deliver it to the store, on Tuesday the 10th I collected but the shirt was small, I then called the store on Thursday to keep the right size for me as I would like to collect after and needs to travel to Eastern Cape.

I traveled all the way from Edenvale to Johannesburg cbd to exchange I arrived at the Store and I told the lady in the front desk that I am in bit of hurry my bus leaves at 7pm and I still needs to travel back to Edenvale, she tried to get things done fast, she asked for authorization and the lady said shes busy with banking and I need to wait.

I waited and waited and she finally came.

She then told me that I need to top up and I asked why, she said because when I do online purchases I sometimes choose 12months or 6months and I still don't understand why because I was just doing an exchange of the exact same thing, same price, same style no just different size.

I left the shirt and I missed the bus, worst service from carlton centre, i've been buying in Greenstone Mall and I've had the best service from them but your carlton center needs your attention area manager needs to visit that store it's a mess.
