I identity send over my account to ara group ...I pay my account every month ...I have a problem I pay this account on the 02 /27 December. But they keep calling me n said ...thy didn't recv my payment .Irequest my statement no one gives my statemnt ..thy said my balance is 600 ...but I pay 400 ...my balance instead of going down its going up. ..when I call them there is no one who's willing to help me ....please help me ...Ara group to update my account ....I m not owing 600 at all thanz
