Identify call Centre

So on the 03tg of March I placed an online order with Identity and after I'm done it said my order was received no reference number.

I called the same day and an agent confirmed that the order was received cool I didn't take her nor a reference

Then today the 04th of March I called again just to find out what's happening with the order Lauren advised me there is no order I should've gotten an sms whereby I'm telling her I didn't and someone from the call Centre confirmed the order was received...

While I'm talking to her she's talking all over my voice failing to listen to me and insisting there's no order, I requested to speak with a manager she advised her superior is not available today while om on the line there was death air so as far as I'm concerned she was discussing this with a colleague or someone what ****ed me of is the fact that she was laughing at me.. How do you call that customer service?
