The bad customer service of Identity Thembisa birch acres mall. I wanted to return a watch but they don't want me to return it because I don't have the cover of the box. The rudeness I got there when I was trying to communicate with them was so awful and I don't think I'll ever go to that shop to buy anything anymore. Actually the only thing I want is my money. The product is still fine and everything is there but I can't be refunded. I use to go there for shopping and get full appreciatable customers service until I want to get refunded. The manager of I dentity in Birch acres failed to help. I am so disappointed with your customer service

You made me come to the store just to tell me that I can't exchange or Refund u guys just waisted my dam time what kind of joke au Running.i will never shop there anymore I wonder if all identity are like this but have been wearing Identity since I was a teenager and have never experienced this bull but The Store Manager and Area Manager of identity BIRCH ACRES don't no what's Customer service.... I will share this experience with a Thousand people BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE MXM
