I would like to write about the poor performance of the staff especially management they are always standing together laughing during trading hours not even minding to assist about the queue or talk to customer to be at ease, they sometimes lock themselves in the backroom(office) for a long time without someone to authorize at the till. They evn keep stock in the back. I think identity has to separate this two to different stores they are too personal towards each other, they mistreat staff wen they are together... and I would like to remain anonymous
