i wanna take the item that i bought back
on the 1st of august i bought a boot at identity store ,the staff they never told me that i must keep the box in case i wanted to return the item, so on Monday i went i went back to the shop the return that item with a price on and slip and i never wore them just that my boyfriend bought me a boot as well , the staff didnt wanna take my boots back because i dont have a box
