I need help with my identity account

My name is Patricia Motaung i would like hello Peter to help me, I'm so angry and disappointed with Identity store its been six months trying to resolve this issue that I have with Identity but nothing.

On the 02th of May I paid identity the last money that I owe to them by EFT, surprisingly I was called by the store saying I did not pay my account. I told them I did pay and I have proof of payment and they told me to send it to them.

I'm so angry I don't know what to do anymore cause I have sent them emails called them but no help
