I'm being harassed for payment of an account that is not mine

I started getting text messages from Identity telling me that there was an account in arrears, yet the message was not addressed to me. I assumed that someone had used my number to open a *****ulant account or something like that.

Soon the messages started coming through multiple times a week as did the phone calls. Each time I had to inform the caller of the situation.

Eventually I had grown tired of the harassment and called back on the number given in the sms to sort the issue once and for all, only to be told that there was no record of my number nor the name the sms was being addressed to on the system.

I was passed around between departments, head office, accounts, legal etc and each time someone promised to sort the issue out and never did. The most definite resolution I got was to just ignore the sms' and phone calls. Honestly what kind of resoltion is that? You have made an error, your error is resulting in me being contacted multiple times a week, which is causing a great deal of frustration.

If there exists a competent employee within the Identity ranks I urge you to FIX THE PROBLEM!!!

No you have not removed my details. I am still receiving messages and calls. How could you have removed my details without bothering to ask me for any of my details? The brain cell shared between all Identity employees must be on vacation!
