I came into store to make a purchase but my passport had expired, I explained to the consultant that I had sent both my passports to be updated but I still couldn't make a purchase, so Samkelo called the head office to find out what the issue was and he got them to update my passport number which the consultants at others stores couldn't do. He was very helpful and quick with the matter
