I am unemployed and could not pay my account for some month's then i went to the shop to pay off the balance after a week i get a call to say i must settle my account and i told the lady i was at the store they gave me a balance to pay and the receipt shows 0 balance so now where does the other money come from she said its a settlement amount and i hanged up
