Few months ago I wrote a review about Identity Store regarding the annoying telephone calls by some of the consultants Tom this store being rude and unprofessional when demandin a customer . I sent proof of payments several times but that did no help and I kept on receiving smses and calls which states that I missed payments when I have never missed a single payment over a year since I open the account at Identty. Their response was that I used incorrect reference number which is not the case as I have always used the same reference number given to me when I open the account. The reason for opening the Identity account was to build up a good payment history on my credit report and sadly I received my October credit report showing missed identity account payment which has affected my credit score. Several complaints I lodged with proof of payments fell into deaf ears. I am extremely disappointed and regret opening an account at this store which I intend closing as soon as it is paid up.
