Harassment
Never have a been harrased and humiliated by one of you security guard at Identity Jabulani.Is this how Identity trains its security to abuse customers and even to follow them out of the store,pulling their handbang's and being accused of being a ********?

27 Nov 2017, 15:05We were truly concerned to read about the incident that occurred at our Identity store as the service you have described is completely unacceptable. For this reason, we escalated this matter for immediate attention.
Whilst we acknowledge that all security guards are employed by an independent contractor to Identity, they are mandated to uphold the international service standards which we expect from all staff as well as our affiliates.
To this end, we can assure you that this matter was addressed with the relevant security guard and the necessary corrective action has been taken.
We believe that the Store Manager has contacted you to discuss your concerns raised and has also apologised to you for the incident.
We trust that we were able to acceptably attend to your query and once again wish to apologise to you for the incident.
