Handed Over without notification
SO!! First, I made arrangements with IDENTITY to pay them off on a month to month basis, after a little bit of saving...I decided to pay them up in full, because I did not want a bad credit record anymore...Obviously I was happy, because I finally paid them up in full. To my surprise when I contacted them to ask them if they could send me a proof of payment and to clear my record, I was told I was handed over.....which obviously made me extremely upset. To my knowledge, a customer needs to be notified via email or telephone to inform them that if they do not make payment-they will be handed over. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED. Now iv been told by identity that I have to wait two years for my name to be cleared! Im really upset...If someone can get back to me in this regard as it is quite urgent...I would appreciate sorting this matter out before I contact an attorney.
