had enough of identity

I opened my account with identity clothing in January 2024,and since then i have not missed a payment. everytime i try apply for something i get told i am in areas with identity,i have raised a dispute countless of times and when i called in and they checked they always told me that my account in up to date and that there aren't any issues on my side.i would like to further this on all social media platforms as this is affecting my credit score and everything i look forward to apply for ,i cant because of this account.i am going to close this account...my advice to everyone is,never take an account there,it ruins your reputation and your credit score.i also over pay the account almost every month and nothing seems to make them happy
