Great Service

I had a problem with Identity of them charging me for items returned instead of crediting me. I went to Identity Menlyn on Saturday and the services I received was out of this world. I went there and was still a bit upset about the situation and the store manager Debra Boikhutso made such an effort to assist me. She really made my day. She is so patient and caring about her clients. This was the best service I have received in a very long time. Great work Debra!!! U are awesome!!!!
