GREAT CONSISTENT SERVICE

I must admit that if we receive bad service we want to scream from the mountain tops but we don't often take the time to compliment people especially in our country where service will soon become EXTINCT. M y compliments to management and all staff at Identity Galleria. Ii is very evident coming from a customer service background myself that the leadership and management of this store clearly has a direct impact on all its staff. I work in the mall and most days I am really stressed out and what better way to get rid of the stress than going shopping and the all the staff at the Identity store never fail to make me smile by just being pleasant and always offering service with a great 'I WANTTOHELP YOU' attitude. Thank you to all of you and though we don't get to say it often enough its always great to support you because you guys offer this support right back and I am really grateful. I have been shopping there for years even when Roxanne was still the manager and I just glad that even though she's no longer there and we miss her, we still get awesome service. KEEP IT UP
