Great assistance

I'd like to share a great experience I had at Identity store in Evaton. I called in to check what time they were closing as I was collecting an online order from their store, and the lady was more than willing to assist, even returned my call to assist furthe and provided more details. When I got to the store, the store was clean and items were easily accessible. The staff members from the gentlemen and ladies working there were welcoming and went out of their way to assist. I was really impressed as usually people are eager to go home and no longer have energy after 5pm however, they were patient and very friendly. Keep it up guys.
