Good day, I'm very unhappy. You pay your account a day later and they list you on the bureau. I paid late in October and called in several times after that and they promised that it will be updated. Today I check my account and was listed on ITC.., I am very furious now because I pay every month and I pay on time.

Please ensure that this is updated immediately. I have a Truworths account as well and that has been updated the same time, but this is not updated.

I spoke to a agent now and she advised that I need to wait for a letter 24 hours and all I want is an update. I want to apply for a bursary for my son but I cant due to identity.

I'm closing this account and never making business again and I will also advise many of this poor service.
