**** Identity

Today i was humiliated at Identity the queue at Id was quite long and i was advised that my account is blocked why the hell. I did not dispute Identity and Yde. I app**** for the accounts and i went to both stores with my Id . Why would i log a dispute and then go with my Id to activate both accounts? That's just stupid. I confirm that i opened both accounts. Today i was insulted i'll never be a customer of Truworths ever again!!! You lost a valued customer. **** The Truworths Group
