From appalling to putrid service rendered

After 2 reviews written on IDENTITY, I am yet to receive feedback from them. Instead, they handed my account over to their attorneys whom I have also sort to ignore. Now they can do whatever they feel is right to suit themselves but I will address this matter with the Consumer Board because with a service like they are delivering, no-one is safe.
