<p>Hello. I get persistent smses and calls from identity clothing shop about the account that i allegedly opened. I never app**** for any credit at identity orr whatsoever. I'm being harassed on daily basis by them I don't even know what to do. I'm also concerned about my details how they even got the application without my consent. Please assist because this is vey alarming to me and maybe the ombudsman should be involved.</p>

Upon investigation we established that you have previously app**** for an Identity account which was unfortunately unsuccessful. However, on 09 June 2017 an account offer was made available to you and you therefore received SMSes from us which invited you to accept the account offer with Identity.
We have tried to contact you, but have regrettably been unsuccessful in all our attempts.
Should you wish to accept the account offer, you are welcome to visit your nearest Identity store with your supporting documents to complete the application.
