<p>Good day I have an account with you and your employee stole from me, identity at the Chris hani crossing mall, i gave money to the teller to pay my account and do purchases, she did not put the money and to add she made a temporary increase on my limit without my knowledge, i did not check my slip as i only received a purchase slip only i noticed when i got home as i was in a hurry, i got a call from the debt collector informing me i hv not payed my account of which i did, when i check my till slip it shows i owe R2610 which is over my limit and not what i actually owe. This is ***** it means she did it intentionally because she did not evn call to say she made a mistake as it is 5days today, i went to the store today to resolve the matter the manager Tsepo is his name said she will ask her tomorrow as she was not at work today, the thing is that i gave her cash payment and she did not make the payment and worse i requested a cctv for them to see that i paid but there is no cctv at the store, firstly this is ruining my credit rating at the credit bearue and the longer it takes for the matter to be resolved it will record me as a bad payer, after this odeal i would like this to be also fixed at the bearue recordings. The manager said he will get back at me tomorrow, i hope she made a mistake but it will show on her banking as the manager said. i will open a case against her if she denies this . Her employee number is *** and her name is Pretty </p>

The incident described in your post is unacceptable and is in no way a reflection of our international standards of customer service excellence that we expect from all of our consultants.
We therefore escalated your concerns to the relevant Store and Area Managers to investigate and address this matter. We believe that the Store Manager has been in contact with you to discuss your concerns and advised you on the status of the investigation.
We further wish to verify that the last credit limit increase for your account was processed in June 2014. This being said, from time to time customers may wish to purchase over-and –above their credit facility available at the time. Identity will authorize the sale provided that the account meets the qualifying criteria. This is printed on the point-of-sale docket and accepted by the customer when he/ she sign the docket authorizing the purchase.
We verify that this docket was presented to you and signed by you on the day of your purchase.
We trust that we were able to clarify your concerns in this regard and that this matter will be successfully resolved once the investigation is concluded.
