Fantastic service at Identity
I must say AMAZING SERVICE under one roof. I haven’t shopped a The Glen mall in a while but today I had to get something from there I walked into the Identity store and the energy there was just sooo great. From the door, the security guy greeted me with a smile. I made my way around the store, where I got José to help me with the jeans I saw online. He was so helpful and got the item I was looking for super quick. Talk about knowing your stock😎obviously I had to try them on just to be greeted by another warm welcoming Keneilwe who assisted me by the fitting room. She got me 2 other tops to choose from and I ended up taking 2 tops with the jeans I initially wanted. It gets better, I got to the till again friendly and charming Samkelo was so quick along with the manager Eustacia who made me feel welcomed in their store. I never felt to good about shopping in an Identity store after so long. I will most definitely go back there for another amazing shopping experience. Big ups to them👍🏼
