FALSE ADVERTISING

I placed an order online for an item that was on sale for R320, when I realised it's taken so long without getting any update on my order I called customer care only to find out my order was canceled but there's no reason for the cancelation. I'm still waiting for refund and when I check the item that i had purchased, it's still available and on sale but with a different price... Its now R420 or something. I am very disappointed with Identity Online service. It was my first and last.
