False advertising

On the 20.06.2015 I went to the store to activate my account after receiving and sms stating my account has been approved, this was done with no hassle. Later on the day I went back to make a purchase, I purchase goods for the amount of R2400 after been approved for R2500, The manager Patrica called the head office to redeem my voucher that I was given , and was told by Anik that I am unable to make the purchase ,because they need to do a verification process and only once that done then I will be able to purchase. Embarrassed and humiliated by the stares of many customers at the store I had to walk out with no purchase. I received a sms and I quote \Hi V Mohanlall
