Extremely bad service from Identity Protea glen

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at Identity Protea Glen. I bought a pair of shoes for cash on a Saturday. The cashier and I were chatting while I was paying, and when I got home I realized the shoes didn’t fit and I needed a bigger size.

I went back to the store on Sunday but while I was there I noticed I had lost the slip. I only wanted an exchange not a refund…The cashier said she remembered me clearly, but still refused to help without the slip. What kind of nonsense is that? What am I supposed to do with shoes that don’t fit?

I then asked them to call the area manager. The manager was polite she took the shoes and asked the cashier to roll back the previous day’s transactions. The cashier or supervisor whoever she is flat out refusedeven though she admitted she remembered me. She insisted she still needed the receipt.

The area manager took the shoes and said she would call me back….It has now been three weeks, and I have heard nothing from them.This is unacceptable!!!! I’m never buying anything from that shop ever again
