Extremely bad service

Extremely poor customer service for the online store queries. I placed an order 28 days ago and still haven't received my order. I send continous emails about having paid for delivery to my set address but there was a glitch in the system and it was instead sent to the store. No follow up whatsoever to tell me that it was at the store, no notification received and I had to follow up. The first person responds to say they're sorry and they sending the order to me, one week later and no response, I had to then follow up again only to have a different person apologize for the same thing and that I was referred to higher management. Four days later and I still have no response! I'm still waiting for an order that was placed 28 days ago!!!!!!!!!
