Exchange rejected
The service and policies identity makes regarding exchanges so disgusting I call it poor customer service, I went to identity to do an exchange because the garment was torn and damage I was having the slip with me and the tags were still attached to my surprises I was told to bring the card holder when I explain myself that the boyfriend is @work and in Dbn while I'm in Vaal I was told he must accompany me...how on earth really a customer should flew wherever he or she is must really come down to do a lousy exchange and I was not looking for any refund but the attitude i received shame so passing I will never ever buy from you guys not passing by your door I will never
