Exceptional service from Identity Westgate

Hi,

I needed to get a pair of jeans for my wife and from the Identity shop. The clearwater mall branch had closed down and I needed to pick the item up same day. It was getting to 6 pm and the Westgate shop would soon close. I spoke with Thabo and he went over and above to look for the item as I rushed to pick up from the shop. Rich was also very helpful as he answered my call while Thabo was busy with the item. I got to the shop a few minutes past 6 pm but I was quickly served and glad I got the item.
