Excellent service

Big ups to Hlengiwe from the identity store in Braamfontein. I ordered fashion delivery on the 28th June which i was told it will be in the store latest by the 5th July since it takes 5busi days. Went to check tuesday it wasnt there then thursday ariund 1pm popped in the store again to ask but apparently there were no deliveries as yet. I was told there hasnt been deliveries for a while now so maybe there was something wrong with the courier service. Then i asked if i could just cancel it as i needed item for friday and thursday was my last day i could fetch it then was told they will cancel as soon as it gets to the store and my acc will be credited. Hlengiwe seeing how dissapointed and dissatisfied i was she jumped in and asked me to give her few minutes to call the warehouse to track the item, they told her it was dispatched monday the 2nd so its on its way but not sure whn it will get there, then she went on call the courier service and queried of which they promised they will deliver the same day. She took my number and promised to call me as soon as she gets the delivery and thats what she did. This wasnt even her query but got impressed by how she handled the whole thing, she took responsibility and delivered on her promises. Not so many like her believe me, shes beyond excellent.
