<p>I went to Identity Eastgate on Friday 25/11/2016 and was assisted by Sifiso whom I asked if he could check which store would have a certain item for me in the size I requiredd since their store did not have. his gentleman promised to check as the stores he contacted while I was there were not answering their phones and he did as promised he called me back on Saturday to advise me where I should go as he had spoken to them and asked they put aside the item for me and yes I did get it thank to him.</p>
