Excellent customer service at Identity Maponya Mall

I had a great experience at Identity on Monday. I was looking for a backpack I had seen online but couldn’t find it in-store. Lindi went out of her way to assist me. She looked at the picture I showed her, suggested a very similar alternative and even checked the storeroom to ensure nothing was missed. Her effort and willingness to help were truly appreciated.

At the till, Ntando’s friendly smile, welcoming attitude, and professional approach made the experience even more memorable. Both Lindi and Ntando provided excellent customer service and made my shopping experience pleasant. Well done to them both.
