Excellent Customer Service
I went into the store just when they were about to close and Rich managed to assist without rushing me and was able to assist in finding the dresses even though I was struggling to find the correct size he was still patient. When I got to the till I realized that the money was in the other account and the cashier ( Portia) waited for me to go and draw the money and come back even though it was after trading hours. Big ups to the whole team. Shows that good customer service and going the extra mile for customers still exists in S.A
